750 gFava beans
100 gproscutto
Olive Oil
1Chorizo
1Black Chorizo (chouriço mouro)
2large onions
3bay leaves
3Garlic cloves
1Bouquet of fresh Coriander leaves
Pepper
Beef or Vegetable Stock

Steps

Heat oil in pan with chopped onions, garlic, bay leaves and proscutto for 10 minutes

Slice both chorizos into round pieces and add to frying pan
3

Add Pepper and Coriander
4

Add fava beans and beef stock. boil for 30 minutes
