Simple delicious pulao prepared with leftover boiled basmati rice and winter veggies.
Steps

In cooking pan add heat ghee. Do tempering of cumin seeds, spicy green chillies ginger paste. Add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.

Add chopped tomato and fenugreek leaves, boiled green peas, little salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Add boiled basmati rice and mix well. Cook for few minutes.

Transfer it in serving plate. Garnish with roasted cashewnuts halves.

Relish/ Serve Delicious Hot Methi Matar Pulao with fresh curd or Gujarati kadhi.
