Ingredients

30 mins
3 people
  • Take 2 tomatoes, 7-8 spinach or palak leaves, 1 small cup of sweet corn and one carrot
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespooneither olive oil or ghee
  • Halfteaspoon of jeera, pinch of Hing and 1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspooncinnamon powder, 2 pinch of black pepper powder
  • Red chilli flakes and roasted white sesame seed for garnish

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take 2 tomatoes, 7-8 spinach or palak leaves, 1 cup of sweet corn and one carrot as shown in the pic below

    Boil 2 cups of water, add salt and for 2 mins dip palak leaves and remove

  3. 3

    Boil remaining veggies together - Slit the tomatoes, sweet corn and carrot

  4. 4

    Drain, cool down and grind in to fine paste. Don't throw away water we use same water to adjust the consistency

  5. 5

    Heat olive oil or ghee add half teaspoon of jeera, pinch of hing and 1/2 teaspoon of kashmiri chilli powder

  6. 6

    Add Puree, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 2 pinch of black pepper powder

  7. 7

    Serve hot and garnish it with red chili flakes and roasted white sesame seed
