First Apply the oil into all sides of bagan or roast/Cook it well with rotate for all sides nicely next dip in normal water and peel the skin or mesh keep side

Now add the oil in hot kadai or add onions other veggies, spices, peas mix cook it for 2 to 6 Minutes after peas 80% cooked cadition

Then add mesh bagan,coriander again proper cook and mix

Last ready barta serve it with, jerra wali makki roti or you're choice. 👍🏻😊
