Steps

In a bowl or vessel take 2 cups whole wheat flour along with salt as per taste.

Add 1to 2 tsp of ghee or oil. Next add water as required in parts.

Knead the whole wheat flour with water to a smooth dough. Cover the bowl with a lid and keep aside to rest for 20 to 30 mins.
Later make medium sized balls from the dough. Cover the bowl or the pan with a napkin or lid.

Now roll it. Sprinkle masala. Rust the masala in roti. Roll it like Paratha. Now make this shape. Now make like this. Let them rest

Now roll it. Heat kadhai. Add ghee, roast the Paratha. When paratha is roasted. Turn out. When paratha is cook. When it's done. Take it into plate. Now serve with chicken/ mutton /chutney/pickle
