Wash and cut all vegetables

Chopped garlic

Add 1 tbsp oil in pot and add chopped garlic

Fry It for few minutes and add vegetables,salt and black pepper

Stir spoon and cover it and cook until vegetable become light soft

After few minutes medley vegetable plate is ready eat in lunch and dinner as a salad.it is good for weight loss journey.Try it.
