Peel and slice the potatoes, cut onions and carrots (tiny pcs) rinse the Irish and sprink salt and flour then fry in hot oil.

Fry the samosas and set aside.
Break the eggs add onions, carrots, scotch bonnet and seasoning cube whisk to mix. - 3
Heat masa pan and brush with oil then scoop the egg mixture and fry till done
