Steps

Wash all the veggies. Take a mixing bowl, add all the veggies one by one.

Now add salt & bread, mix it well.

Add ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder & dhania patta. Mix it well.

In goes maida, cornstarch, baking powder & baking soda, mix it well, keep aside.

Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Moderate the flame. Take small portions of the batter, make balls. Drop in hot oil, deep fry them until brown.

Take out in a bowl, keep aside.

For Gravy... Take another deep bottom pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it.

Add ginger garlic & green chilli, saute it for a sec. Add chopped onion now, stir fry it for 30 sec. Do not brown it.

Add diced onion & bell peppers, stir fry it for 30 sec.

In goes all the sauces, mix it well. Add 2 cup water, stir it.

Add sugar & vinegar, mix it well. Give a boil. Cook it for a minute. Add Manchurian balls, mix it gently. Give a boil. Cook it for a minute.

Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup water, add in the Manchurian gravy. Mix it well. Cook it until a lil thick.

Add some chopped spring onion, mix it well. Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with some spring onion, white sesame seeds & dhania patta.

Thickness of gravy depends on your choice...
