Grind peas together with ginger and green chillies. Heat oil in a pan. Add hing, grinded peas and spices. Cover it with a lid. Let it cook for 8-10 minutes. Keep mixing. When it starts leaving the pan, it shows its done. Mix all the ingredients required for dough, knead a soft dough using water.

Roll the dough, fill the stuffing in the centre. Roll it nicely so that the stuffing doesn't come out. Fry it in hot oil till it turns golden crisp and brown.

Serve hot with your favourite dip.
