  • 1/8 cupdried ginger
  • 1/10 cupcinnamon
  • 1/4 cupMint leaves
  • 1/4cupLemon grass
  • 1/8 CupCoffee seeds
  • 6 cupswater
  • Sugar to taste

    Grind the dried spices roughly, in a teapot add water and the hibiscus mix, allow to boil for 15mins

  2. 2

    Sieve and serve hot☕😋
