Hara choliya pulao
Steps

Wash rice 2-3 times till it is clear.
2 Cup Rice
Soak it for at least 15 mins.
Wash Choliya in fresh water.
1 Cup Fresh Choilya/Green Chana

Heat oil/ghee in kadai, add whole spices and cumin seeds.
1 tsp Cumin Seeds,1 Bay Leaf,1 Cinnamon Stick,1-2 Black Cardamon,4-5 Black Cloves, 2 tbsp Oil/Ghee
Once seeds crackle, add chopped onions and ginger
Once onions tart turning translucent or pink,

Now add chopped potato n hara choliya,cook for 5 mins

Now add chopped tomato, Cook tomatoes till mushy and soft.

Now add all dry spices, mix well.

Now add rice,cook for 5 mins, than add 4 cups water in it.
Lightly mix it and close the lid - 7
Cover and cook pulao on low flame. Check rice after every 5 minutes and stir really well. It takes 15 minutes to cook rice. Add chopped coriander leaves.

Serve steaming hot green chana pulao and relish eating.
