Grind almond,sugar,elaichi,gond keep them aside in separate plates

In a pan cook flour for 5 minutes as soon as you smell the atta's aroma add ghee

Now add almond flour to will give creamy taste

Then add gond and mix (gond walay step mein wooden spoon ko cross le kar atta per press kerna ha aur slow per cook kerna ha)

Next let it cook for few minutes and let it get some colour then add sugar and mix well

Grease the pan with ghee

If you have got the desired colour your paak is ready dish it out and sprinkle nuts
