First add the 1/3 ghee to 1 kg,into hot kadai or wheat flour mix cook well with continue stirring for after proper cooked and nice aroma for about 30 To 40 minutes separate ghee of roast wheat flour

Then fry the gond in other hot kadai add extra left over ghee, keep side fry gond, the same kadai or into ghee add gur now switch the flame and grind into mixer jar this gond or medare one by one

Next after roasting the wheat flour now just a hit /cook for gur only liquid base not over cook

Last mix together cooked wheat flour,dryfriuts an other all ingredients and make it pinni any shape you're choice
