After three days of Tet, the fridge was packed, so now it's time to use everything up and have the family help finish it off!

Shred the ham and rotisserie chicken. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add the rice and stir-fry until dry. Add the ham and chicken, then 1 teaspoon salt (the ham and chicken are already seasoned, so you don't need much). Crack the eggs into the pan and mix well with the rice. Finally, add the vegetables and stir until everything is combined.

Serve the fried rice with cucumber on the side.
