Take a bowl and put gram flour in it and add salt,Red chilli powder,pinch of turmeric powder,cumin seeds, fennel seed, Asofoetida and carom seeds in it.

Mix all well. Now add water in it and make a lumps free better by adding two and half cup of water in 1 cup gram flour.

Take a wok and put that better in it and stir it on low flame untill it become thick.
Do not greece wok. - 4
Now empty all the cooked better on opposite side of a plate. And spread it equally.(Again Do not greeece plate)

Let it be cool and once after cooling cut it in the shape of katli. Keep it aside.

Take a wok and heat the oil in it and add onion garlic paste in it. Now add all the spices into it and saute it until leaves oil.

Add buttermilk by counties stiring. After a boil add required water and after becoming water boiled add cut katli shaped pittod in it.

Take only single boiling and turn off the gas.
Garnish it with coriender leaves. - 9
Your dish is ready to serve. Serve it with bajra or wheat chapati.
