Kadam (Turnip)

Cut the kadam in round slices.Remove hard stems. Don't cut the leaves only to break.Wash properly.

Heat oil in a kadai first fry the slices of the kadam then leaves also add hing while frying.

After frying transfer to a pressure cooker and add all masala ingredients one by one.

Combine well add water cover with a lid & cook first on high flame then on low flame until 8-10 whistles.

Once ready off the flame let it cool down.Open & transfer to a serving bowl served with rice and enjoy garama garam kadam.😋
