Ingredients

  • 5eggs
  • 250 gCoconut milk
  • 150 g coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 8 pandal leaves, cut

Steps

  1. 1

    Crumple the eggs, coconut sugar and salt with the pandan leaves. Filter through a fine sieve. Add coconut milk, stir to mix well. Steam over the low heat for 30 minutes. Serve with sticky rice. Yummy‼️
