Ingredients

2 people
  1. 1/4 cupOil
  2. 3 Aloo (cut in 6 pieces)
  3. 250 grmSem ki phali (cut in small pieces)
  4. 1 Tomato (big) (chopped)
  5. 2/3Green chilies (cut in 2 pieces)
  6. 1 tspZeera
  7. 1/4 tspHaldi
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  10. 1 Onion small sliced

Cooking Instructions

1/2 hour
  1. 1

    Fry onion in hot oil till light brown

  2. 2

    Now add tomato and all spices and fry till tomato become tender

  3. 3

    Now add aloo and sem and saute for 3/4min

  4. 4

    Add 1/2cup water and cook on slow flame for 15/20 min and its done enjoy it with paratha
