Heat oil(1 tb.spoon.) in a cooker,add asafoetida,cumin,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and moong dal.Add water to cover moong dal.Cook it.(Just 1 whistle)Let it cool.Sprinkle garam masala.Add green chilli and coriander leaves,mix.

Heat a tawa,grease it with oil.Take a bread slice,spread the moong dal mixture on it evenly.Sprinkle flax seeds in half a portion of the bread and sesame seeds on the rest.Press it with a greased spoon.

Shallow fry it on both the sides until golden brown on low to medium heat.Cut it into two triangles.

Your healthy crispy triangles are ready to serve.Serve them hot with tomato ketchup.
