Keep following ingredients ready

Chop 200 grm of palak or spinach and grind it in mixer pot to make paste. Make paste of ginger and garlic or take readymade paste.

Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,once it cracks add asafoetida,turmeric,add ginger garlic paste all in above-mentioned quantity and saute it for 2 min.

Now add palak or spinach paste,goda/garam masala,salt, potatoes,and fresh milk cream,cumin coriander powder, sugar, all in above-mentioned quantity.

Cook it on medium flame for 15 min adjust flame accordingly. Yummy Aloo Palak ki sabji is ready, serve hot with chapatis, naan, parathas it tastes awesome 😍😋
