This dish is so nice and I enjoy eating it with pounded yam. This dish is mostly eaten by the Benin people . although I am not a Benin person but I love the dish .

Parboil the meat for about 10min

Put your pot on the fire for it dry,then when that is done turn your oil on the dried pot to get hot,then fry your onions and tomatoes

Add a little water.then allow the tomatoes to cook.

Add your meat to the sauced stew so the meat can cook with the sauced stew

Then is high time we put our egusi.when the egusi is cooked don't forget to add your bitter leaf and pumpkin leaf.

If that is done your egusi is ready.you can enjoy with fufu, pounded yam or eba
