Ingredients

5 minutes
  • 5-6leftover chapatis
  • 3-4 spoonsjaggery powder
  • 2 spoonsghee or clarified butter
  • 1 tspcardamom powder

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind the leftover chapatis in a mixie with jaggery powder and ghee.

    Give it a blend in a mixie for 3 to 4 times, till you get a mix like shown in the picture below.

    Remove this mix and keep it in a flat bottomed plate or parat. Add the cardamom powder to it.

  4. 4

    Roll round laddos. Ready to eat.
