Dieter's Recipe Yogurt and Orange Cake with Okara

I had marmalade that I didn't know what to do with, so I added that into this okara cake.
I recommend you use milk cartons for the mold! If you have a silicon mold that's microwave-safe, you could use that too. If you're using a glass pan, make sure to line it with parchment paper. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Pour into a mold and smooth the surface. Microwave for 3.5 to 4 minutes at 1000W. 6-7 minutes if at 500W.

When it's slightly cooled down, chill in the fridge without removing from the mold. Done If you're using a milk carton as a mold, it peels off without effort.

Slice into desired sizes and serve .
