Red Chilli 🌶 Pickle

Wash and dry the red chillies. Then cut the top and slit the chillies. Deseed them. These are all the masalas to be added in the pickle.

Now in a kadai roast fennel seed, cumin seed, carrom seed, black pepper corn and fenugreek seed. Once the moisture is gone, keep it aside to cool.

Once cooled, blend it coarsely, then add salt to the mustard seed and again blend it.

Remove the blended mixture into a plate, add black salt, hing, turmeric powder, lemon juice and mustard oil. Mix the mixture well.

Now take each chilli and stuff the filling. Your red chilli pickle is ready.

Store it in an airtight container.
