Soak chenna dal and rice for overnight

Grind garlic, curry leaves and green chilli. In that add soaked chenna dal and rice. Grind it. Add water if required.

Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats add oil, once the oil heats fry vada until it becomes golden brown.

Take it into a plate and serve hot vada.
