45 gsesame oil
45 gsoy sauce
80 gyellow onion, diced
1 poundahi tuna, raw and sliced into half inch cubes
3 gsesame seeds
4 gsriracha
1avocado, skinned and cubed
2 sprigscilantro, destemmed
2 bunchesscallions, sliced

Mix all ingredients except the scallions. Toss the scallions in before serving. Refrigerate prior to serving. May serve on rice, greens, or with wonton chips.
