Popular delicious savoury snacks sabudana wada/ tikki with new twist.. toasted in toaster instead of deep fry!
Steps

Take 2 tbsp sago and rinse and soak in water. Grind remaining sago coarsely in mixer jar. Transfer it in container. Rinse and soak in water for 1 -2 hours.

Remove skins from roasted peanuts. Coarsely grind roasted peanuts. Transfer it in soaked sago(coarsely ground) container. Add cumin seeds whole soaked sago, boiled potatoes, green chilli ginger paste, sendha namak,, sugar, lemon juice, corainder leaves.

Mix well Prepared 4-6 equal round shape big size flattened balls from prepared mixture.

Grease toaster with oil. Place one sago flattened ball in center of toaster. Place toaster on medium flame. Toast on both sides till crispy golden. Similarly prepare all Faharali Sago Toast.

Serve /Relish Delicious Hot Faharali Sago Toast with sweet peanut curd chutney and crispy potato salli.
