Peel the mango and cut into chucks then store them inside the freezer for few hours

Dissolve gelatin to hot water. Mix well

Blend the frozen mango, honey,lemon juice and chilled water until smooth and well incorporated

Then store inside the fridge again for few hours until ready to serve.Thaw for few minutes for easy scooping.
