Mix all the herbs—thyme, basil, oregano—along with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Rub this mixture all over the chicken thighs on both sides.

Let the chicken marinate for 1 hour, or preferably overnight.

Place the chicken in an air fryer for 40 to 60 minutes at 350°F (180°C). When one side is golden, flip the pieces. You can also use a conventional oven.

I served it with tomato, avocado, and radish, seasoned with salt and lime.
