My Secret Rice Gratin (Doria)

I needed to use the rest of a can of whole tomatoes, so I decided to put them in this creamy doria. This is much better than ketchup rice doria...
As I thought, mayonnaise and rice are perfect together, right.
1. Prepare the gratin dish by coating it lightly with butter.
2. Preheat the oven (or toaster oven).
Adjust the amount of cheese and mayonnaise to your liking.
Adjust the thickness of the bechamel sauce to your liking. Adjust by adding more flower or milk.
Erase the smell of raw flour by cooking it well. This works especially well if you cook it together with the vegetables. For serving 2. Recipe by commeline

Put butter in a pan and cook the chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces), onion, and other vegetables (whatever vegetables you like). Sprinkle in the flour and continue to cook, but be sure not to let it burn. Slowly stir in the milk, mixing thoroughly.

When the mixture has thickened into a firm mass, season with salt and pepper. Add in the rice and quickly mix.

Divide the mixture into two gratin dishes. Squirt mayonnaise, tomatoes (cut up first), cheese, and panko. In a toaster oven or oven, heat the dish through until the cheese is well melted and a golden brown crust has formed.
