Ingredients

25 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 250 gmpaneer cubes
  2. 1green capsicum chopped
  3. 2tomatoes chopped
  4. 1onion chopped in square
  5. 1Tsp+ 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  6. 1/2 Tspcumin seeds
  7. 1 Tbspginger garlic and bairagi red chilli paste masala paste
  8. 1/3 Tspturmeric powder
  9. Salt as required
  10. 1 Tspcoriander powder
  11. 1/2 Tspcumin powder
  12. 1/2 Tspgaram masala powder
  13. 1 Tbspcrushed kasoori methi leaves
  14. 1 Tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  15. 1.5 cupwarm water
  16. Cream and coriander leaves to garnish

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry capsicum and onion chunks on high flame, in 1 Tsp oil and set aside.

    Road rest chopped onion and tomatoes in 1 Tsp oil and make pasta when cool down. Prepare the garlic ginger paste.

    To the remaining oil add cumin seeds and allow to crackle. Add ginger garlic paste and cook till oil separates. Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, kasoori methi, kashmiri red chilli powder and tomato -onion paste. Cook till done with aroma.

    Add warm water, roasted capsicum and onion chunks and paneer cubes also. Cook for 2 minutes in medium flame. Garnish with cream and coriander leaves before serving.
