This recipe makes approximately 400g granola and will keep for a month in an airtight container.

Pre-heat the oven at 160 C - gas mark 3. Weigh all ingredients bar the figs and coconut flakes, in a large bowl, and mix well preferably with your hands, to ensure that everything is evenly coated.
Place the mix on a roasting tray and bake for ten minutes at the time, mixing every time to ensure an even bake, until golden brown. - 2
Once happy with the colour, add your figs and coconut into the mixture still warm and combine fully. This will become crunchier as it cools down. Place into an airtight container and store for up to a month.
