Toasty Coconut Granola

My husband loves granola in the morning but store bought granola was always too sweet. My recipe uses healthy coconut oil, shredded coconut and honey for just the right sweetness. If you prefer a sweeter granola feel free to add more honey : )

Easy Stovetop Granola Easy Stovetop Granola
I love granola, but sometimes it can be tedious and time consuming to make. And oftentimes, I'm the main one in the house eating it, so I don't like to make up huge batches. I came across this recipe that not only makes a smaller batch, it's also done in 10 minutes without turning on the oven. It's fully customizable, so use whatever ingredients you'd like. The combination pictured above is walnuts, pecans, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and golden raisins. Recipe adapted from Clean & Delicious @ YouTube. Christina -

My family doesn’t eat a lot of granola, but when we do, I prefer homemade. I like to use it as a topping for Greek yogurt, but I’ve also been known to grab a handful as a snack. 😋#Breakfast #Cereal #Healthy Chris Gan -

Crunchy Granola Crunchy Granola
I went on a trip and fell in love with granola and yogurt parfaits. So, I began to buy non fat Greek yogurt along with store bought granola. I could not believe how much fat was in the granola, so I experimented with making my own. Although there might be a few more calories from the sugar, it is healthier because it is less fatty and made with all natural ingredients. However, if you are super health concise you can always replace both sugars with Stevia or Splenda. You can also put in chocolate chips, cranberries, or slivered almonds to give it your own personal flare! Enjoy! carissa.sweet.22 -

I found a couple of basic granola recipes in my cook books and did some experimenting by combining them until I got something I liked. With this recipe, you can do a lot of customizing with the types of fruits, nuts, and seeds you use. It would also serve as a basic recipe to go off of if you want to try some new flavor combos on your own! Felice
