Soak soya in hot water with salt for 10 minutes

In a non-stick kadhai, heat oil and ghee and add whole spices.

Add ginger, garlic, green chili and onion and cook till onions become golden brown.

Add tomato puree and cook for 7-8 minutes. Than add powdered spices and salt.

Now add soya granules and cook for 3-4 minutes and than add capsicum and spring onions

Add one glass water and cook for 10 minutes.

At this stage, you can remove whole spices if you don’t like the taste. Also Add garam masala, kasuri methi.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
