Boil all three lentils (Mash, masoor and Chana daal)

Add onion cook until golden brown add tomatoes cook them until soft add ginger garlic paste cook further for 4 min.Add all the spices (salt red pepper cumin coriander and turmeric). Cook it until the oil comes out.

Add the boiled lentils into it and cook for almost 5-8 min. Blend the mixture with the hand blender. Add tamarind paste into it and cook for more 3-4 min. Note you can add water to attain the consistency to your own choice.

Tram is optional. Add oil into a pan add whole red peppers and cumin seeds heat it up at high flame add into the cooked lentils. Serve with white rice,fried green chillies and onions.
