Mix together gram flour,sada and half of chilli flakes and make a batter of medium consistency.

Heat oil in a wok.

Put spoonfuls of batter and fry till light golden.

Soak fritters in water to tender.

Drain the water.

Whisk yoghurt,chaat masala,salt,sugar and remaining chilli flakes.

Layer fritters and yoghurt together.
- 8
Serve straight away.
