Take a blender and add all ingredients and blend it.

Your chutney is ready, add salt and keep it aside.

Take a bowl, add ragi flour and rice flour and prepare a mixture.

Take a pan, let it heat and add ragi mixture for dosa, flip the side when your see brown colour.

Your Ragi dosa is ready to eat..!!
