1Onion

1/2 t. spoonchat masala,
1/4 t. spoon aamchur powder
1/4 Cupsev, chopped coriander for garnishing,

In kadai add 1 t. spoon. ghee, Add 1/4 t. so. chilli powder. Roast makhana for 4-5 minutes. Keep aside.

Chop onion, tomato, green chilies,, coriander

In bowl add onion, tomato, green chilies, makhana. Mix well. Add sev, aamchur powder; chat masala. Mix properly. Garnish with coriander
