  • 1jigger soy sauce
  • 1/2jigger vinegar
  • 1 cupcoconut milk
  • 2small size onion chopped
  • 5clubs of garlic chopped
  • 1kilo of kasili fish
  • 5 pcschilli
  • 1/8ginger chopped
  • Salt pepper to taste 👌
  • 4 tbspoil

  1. 1

    Marinate the fish with the soy sauce and vinegar

    Stir fry garlic, onion, ginger

    Add the marinated fish

    Wait till it dry not totally dry.

    Add the chilli and coconut milk 🛑 low fire until cooked

    Wait till the color of the coconut milk becomes like this... Serve enjoy. 👌👌
