Add semolina,all-purpose flour, oil and salt to mix it well and add water as needed and knead the dough and keep it for half an hour to make a soft dough. Now after kneading the dough again, take the dough and roll out the chapati and cut the puri with a small lid.

Now roll each puri again lightly and put it in the hot oil and fry till it becomes golden crispy.

Fry all the puris and let them cool down. Now take soaked white peas in a cooker, add water, turmeric, baking soda as required and mix it well, cover it and cook it after taking out 3-4 whistle, Now after smashing the cooked white peas add salt and roasted cumin powder and bring it to a boil. This ragda is ready.

Wash dates and tamarind and soak them for 1 hour. Now put it in a mixer jar and add the ingredients of sweet chutney and prepare the chutney by grinding it. Now put the ingredients of spicy green chutney in the mixer jar and grind it.

Now put sweet and spicy chutney in a utensil as required, add cold water, black salt, plain salt, roasted cumin powder as required and mix it well. Now put salted boondi in it.

Spicy pani puri is ready, put ragada,smash potato in the puri and fill the pani puri water as per requirement and enjoy the desired taste.
