  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tbsCorn flour
  • Oil for frying

    Peel and wash yam

  2. 2

    Now cut into two equal halves with knife,cut with this side same way you use a knife

    Add all to a sieve big enough,let it sit max 1hr

    Heat up oil in a pot,when hot,add yam fingers

    Deep Fry on med heat till crispy

    Drain and enjoy as desired
