This started with fish. I wanted something different. My husband really liked it and asked if I wanted to try it on thick cut loin chops. We both really like this. Seasoning can be adjusted to personal taste.

This started with fish. I wanted something different. My husband really liked it and asked if I wanted to try it on thick cut loin chops. We both really like this. Seasoning can be adjusted to personal taste.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 CCesar Dressing (enough to coat the meat)
  2. 1/2 CPanko
  3. 1/2 CGrated Parmesan Cheese
  4. 1 tspMinced Garlic
  5. 1 TbspItalian Seasoning
  6. 1 TbspParsley Flakes
  7. 1 tspGround Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 375°F

    In a dish big enough to press your meat into the breading mix together: Panko, Parmesan, Garlic, Italian Seasoning, Parsley, Pepper

  3. 3

    Set aside. In another dish coat your meat with the Cesar Dressing evenly.

  4. 4

    Press meat coated with dressing into the dry ingredients. Place on a cookie sheet with, or without the baking rack.

  5. 5

    Bake on center rack for 20 minutes, or until center temp is at a food safe temperature.
