Cut cauliflower into small forest.Now take besan in a big bowl add salt and red chilli powder to taste, add water and make semi thick pakoda batter.

Heat oil coat cauliflower pieces with besan batter and deep fry in medium hot oil.

Now cut into center and deep fry again, now it will become crispy. Sprinkle chat masala and Serve it with tomato sauce.
