Pressure cook arbi for one whistle and take out all the pressure immediately and remove water so that arbi doesn’t stick

Now cut the pieces like French fries and coat it with -
one tsp oil, black pepper powder, coriander leaves, green chilli, lemon juice, salt, 1 cup kuttu aata, sugar - 3
In a pan add ghee, jeera, curry leaves, ginger, dhaniya, coated arbi. Cook on high flame till arbi is crispy and golden.
