Ingredients

  1. 3-4Chicken Breast
  2. 1 cupChicken Broth
  3. 1 canTomato Paste
  4. 1 cupGreek Yogurt
  5. 1/2 cupMilk or Heavy Cream
  6. 2 tsp.Garam Masala
  7. 1 tsp.Onion Powder
  8. 1 tsp.Garlic Powder
  9. 1 tsp.Salt
  10. 1 tsp.Ginger Powder
  11. 1 tsp.Paprika
  12. 1 tsp.Turmeric
  13. 1 tsp.Cayenne Pepper Powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cube chicken in 1 inch chunks

    Put into pot, cook and brown, I use a cast iron dutch oven but stainless works too

  3. 3

    Drain off whatever watery or greasy liquid there may be, if any at all

  4. 4

    Toss all the spices into pot, coat the chicken really good

  5. 5

    Turn burner to low/medium heat

  6. 6

    Now put in chicken broth, tomato paste, mix really well, continuing to stir to make sure it doesn't burn

    Add yogurt, mix until well blended

  8. 8

    Add a little milk or cream at a time, mixing while pouring

  9. 9

    When everything is blended smoothly, lower temperature and simmer for few minutes

    If you want sauce a little thinner add more milk

  10. 10

    Serve or rice and enjoy
