Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 500 mlmilk
  • 3/4 cupsoaked medium Sabudana
  • 1 Tbspbasil seeds
  • 1/2 cupsugar/ as required
  • Chopped fruits like mango pomegranate and apple
  • 2 Tbspfresh mint leaves chopped
  • 1/3 Tsprock salt
  • 1/3 Tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/3 Tspdry ginger powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk first. Add prior, soaked sago to the milk and cook till sago balls are transparent. In the meantime add sugar and ensure to be dissolved with milk. Bring down the milk and cool down.

    Mix basil seeds in 1/4 cup water. It takes only 10 minutes to swell up. Add the swell up basil seeds with cool milk.

    Chop the fruits and mint leaves. Mix well with the cold milk and basil seeds.

    Lastly, add rock salt, dry ginger powder black pepper powder and mix well with the milk and fruits bowl. These ingredients enhance the taste of the bowl.

    Keep in the fridge and cool if you want more. The delicious sago fruits dessert is ready to serve.
