Soak Dal for 5-6 hours, then grind into a smooth paste by adding ginger + green chilli.
Add turmeric powder + mustard oil + Nigella seeds and mix well. - 2
Beat very nicely and mixture turns fluffy. Add baking powder and mix nicely.
Start dropping small small portions from mixture in hot oil. - 3
Deep fry till golden brown from all sides.

Dal Vadas are ready to serve.

Serve with green Chutney and enjoy this yummy street food.
