Steps

First wash and boil potatoes

Now peel and Mash add Coriander and all dry Ingredients in it mix and keep for 10 mints

Now take manda Patti and flour 3 tbsp in 1 or required water to make its better to close manda Patti In samosa

Make with two fingers triangle and fill better of potatoes and then turn make triangle double brush atta on corners to close the samosa and keep on spread Maida on tray so they may not stick with each other

You can froze and cover with sheets on tray and make three to 4 layers of samosa and freeze jab dil Kia nikala and fry in Ramzan
