Ingredients

15-20 minutes
Serves 2 to 3 servings
  • 4 sliceswhole wheat sandwich bread
  • 4 packetsstevia
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • Walnuts
  • Raisins
  • Peanuts
  • Queso seco (dry Mexican cheese) or substitute with crumbled feta

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Bring 1 cup of water (about 240 ml) to a boil with the stevia packets and cinnamon stick.

  2. 2

    Toast the bread until it is hard.

  3. 3

    Layer the bread, walnuts, raisins, peanuts, and cheese.

  4. 4

    Pour the syrup over the layers and microwave for 2 minutes.
