Ingredients

15-20 minutes

Serves 2 to 3 servings

4 sliceswhole wheat sandwich bread
4 packetsstevia
1cinnamon stick
Walnuts
Raisins
Peanuts
Queso seco (dry Mexican cheese) or substitute with crumbled feta

Bring 1 cup of water (about 240 ml) to a boil with the stevia packets and cinnamon stick.

Toast the bread until it is hard.

Layer the bread, walnuts, raisins, peanuts, and cheese.

Pour the syrup over the layers and microwave for 2 minutes.
