    In your pot cook your offals with your spice onion ginger and garlic maggi and mix very well then cover for some mint and add water allow to cook till its tender then set it aside

    Wash your rice add to your pot add your stock water then add more water add in your curry and maggi mix everything and allow to cook

    In a pan fry your offals after frying bring them out from the oil then add your onion to the oil on the fire pepper and ginger and garlic allow to fry then add your spices and maggi with some curry then your carrot and your offals mix very well then add your cooked rice mix very well add more onion and uwga cover some mint then your offals rice is ready to enjoy
